Senior Business Development Manager - Content Platform (5-12 yrs)
Position Description-
1 Plan & oversee business development efforts for Bytedance India in assigned scope;
2 Evaluate and develop potential business partners, such as content creators, MCNs, publishers and other key market players, competitive threats;
3 Identify new opportunities that meet Bytedance India market strategy;
4 Deliver data-driven insights based on in-depth analysis of competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance, ensure the successful execution of strategic plan.
Position Requirements :
1 At least Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2 A minimum of 3 years- experience with digital content industry in India, related experience in the top platforms is a plus.
3 Strong experience in partnerships and collaborations, and talent management in India.
4 In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged to achieve business goals.
5 Able to work with trans-national team.
6 Able to make practical suggestions under time constraints and a full work load.
7 Able to work long hours and weekends when needed.
8 Able to travel, including international.
9 To have knowledgeable and deep understanding of Chinese Internet Industry is a plus.
10 Mother tongue in regional language is preferred.
