We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in recruitment consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of recruitment processes and industry nuances to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and promote our specialized recruitment services.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.

- Understand client needs and requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions.

- Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to align service offerings with client requirements and deliver exceptional value.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms that align with company goals.

- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within designated time frames.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and business development activities.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in the recruitment industry.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Results-driven with a strong sales aptitude.
