Senior Business Development Executive - IT Services (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver high-quality presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the IT service based industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
