Senior Business Development Executive - IT (5-7 yrs)
Qualifications :
- Have prior experience in leading a sales team.
- Should have the strong exposure with US market.
- IT sales ( To bid projects for Web , Mobile development, ML/AI, ERP projects)
- E mail campaign skillset tools knowledge
- Cold calling exposure
- Lead Database tools and knowledge to get the lead list.
- Sound skills on LinkedIn sales techniques and Sales navigator
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
Responsibilities :
- Self strategies the sales methods
- Achieve the sales target every month.
- Self lead the sales targets
- Should focus on monthly Retainers , Fixed bid, Time and material projects.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyses market and establish competitive advantages
