Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust network and proven experience in business and partnership development within the Events Ticketing industry, along with knowledge across various domains such as Entertainment, Media, Sports, IT, NFT, and Blockchain.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business and partnership development within the Events Ticketing industry.

- Established network and proven track record in business and partnership development.

- Knowledge in Entertainment, Media, Sports, IT, NFT, and Blockchain domains is preferred.

- Experience in business development/partnerships within the Entertainment, Sports, and IT industries.

- Familiarity with the NFT/secondary marketplace is preferred.

- Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset and strong documentation and writing skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to wear multiple hats in a startup environment.

- Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing scenarios.

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities :

- Develop business development strategies and establish partnerships within Entertainment, Sports, IT, Media, and other relevant verticals.

- Design the Web3 business model and negotiate commercial terms.

- Drive revenue streams including Subscriptions, Licensing, Digital IPs, merchandising, etc.

- Establish key relationships with artists, event promoters, industry bodies, and Rights holders across mentioned verticals.

- Lead the development of partnerships, alliances, and new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential partners, negotiating terms, and managing relationships.

- Conduct thorough research to identify promising leads and income streams, and build a best-in-class sales pipeline through strategic planning and effective prospecting.

- Negotiate and execute new deals.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing new business opportunities.

- Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved.

- Prepare business development documents and presentations.

- Review and analyze market trends in Events, Ticketing, Web3, and content industries.

- Become an expert on our company offerings and identify profitable business opportunities for our ecosystem.

- Cooperate with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, finance) to complete high-level assignments.


- Contribute to other business development and strategic initiatives.

- Join us and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our network in the exciting and dynamic world of Events Ticketing and Web3.
