Senior Business Development Executive - Healthcare (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Business development: Identify and engage with New physicians,psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to promote our mental health services.
- Build Relationships: Connect with doctors and healthcare providers to encourage referrals.
- Outreach: Conduct calls, emails, and in-person visits to promote our services.
- Collaboration: Work with the clinical team and centre admin to ensure a smooth referral process.
- Track Referrals: Maintain records in the CRM system and analyse referral trends.
- Market Research: Stay updated on mental health industry trends and competitor activities.
- Revenue Goals: Work to achieve monthly revenue targets through effective referral strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Medical device, Pharma or related field.
- Biomedical engineer with sales experience added advantage
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
