Senior Business Development Executive - Electrical/Electronics Product (3-8 yrs)
About the Role:
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business development and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches.
- Manage and mentor junior business development staff.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.

Requirements :
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
