Job Objective

The Senior Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities within the architecture, interior design, and landscape design domains. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background, strong sales acumen, and 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. They will be responsible for building relationships with architects, developers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to generate revenue and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and partnerships in the architecture and design industry.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

- Handle all the in-bound inquiries being received on different platforms such as direct web submission, micro-sites, in-bound phone calls, references, walk-ins and etc.

- Book client appointments for in person visits or virtual calls with the concerned stake holders

- Handle all the internal and external communication effectively befitting the brand image and positioning

- Client retention in the form of cross selling or up selling

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.

- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Project Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the design and project teams to understand client requirements and ensure seamless project delivery.

Industry Networking:

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM tools.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and market insights.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.

- Strong understanding of architectural and design principles, construction processes, and project lifecycles.
