Senior Business Development Executive - BPO (3-10 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Dial B2B outbound phone calls to potential clients in target markets
- Identify business opportunities by collecting market information / analyze trends in the outsourcing / BPO industry.
- Generate leads and then qualify leads to fill the sales pipeline.
- Generate B2B qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn & other sources
- Utilize leads lists and initiate outbound communication with potential prospects.
- Research on prospects needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics.
- Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate prospective clients about the company services portfolio.
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Send emails, timely follows to prospects for creating Pipeline for Sales team.
- Experience in prospect through LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate new business
- 100% WFO role.
Skills required :
- Excellent communication and concept selling skills
- Have clear understanding on data insights and respond accordingly
- Experienced in B2B Outbound Tele calling
- Exposure to CX Solution and BPO/BPM Service selling
- Experience of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must
- Experience in BFSI, Retail/ecommerce, DTH/ISP, Travel industries will be preferred.
- Only candidates with B2B calling experiences need to apply.
- Proven and verified track record of B2B selling of lead qualifications.
- Should be from a top to medium, reputed BPO company
Qualifications :
- Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency.
- Graduate in any stream. BPO/IT knowledge preferred
Knowledge of working on CRM
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Calling / Biz Dev role. (between 3 to 7 years exp)
- Experience in B2B firm (service based) is preferred.
- High level of self-confidence self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives.
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
