Senior Business Development Associate - EduTech (3-6 yrs)
We're hiring full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Associates for an edtech giant for Bangalore/Bengaluru location. You need 3 to 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in EdTech.
Location : Bangalore/Bengaluru, Karnataka
Type : Full-time, On-site (5 days a week)

Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Business Development Associate will include :
- Reach Out to Prospects : Contact potential clients and help them understand the current tech options available.
- Understand Their Goals : Talk to them about their career goals and figure out how Scaler can assist them in reaching those goals.
- Follow Up : Stay in touch with prospects to show them new opportunities that Scaler offers.
- Meet and Exceed Targets : Be dedicated to completing your daily tasks and aim to surpass your goals
Must-Have :
- 3-6 years in sales or business development, including 2 years in EdTech.
- Undergraduate degree (Preferred: B. Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, M. Tech).
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Passion for sales and hitting targets.
- Basic knowledge of LSQ (LeadSquared).
Good to Have :
- Experience with K12 and higher education.
- Proficiency with tech products.
- Experience handling high-value deals (> 50K).
