Role Overview :


We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, a growth-driven mindset, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in scaling our business by identifying opportunities, connecting with potential learners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.


- Understand and communicate Scaler Academy's offerings and value proposition.


- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.


- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.


- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Persuasive and confident in handling client conversations.


- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing value-based solutions.


- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.


- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
