Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Understand and communicate Scaler Academy's offerings and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
