Senior Business Development Associate - EdTech (1-6 yrs)

Job Title: Sr. Business Development Associate

Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 1 to 6 years in EdTech Sales only

Salary: 7 LPA - 11.5 LPA

Terms: Permanent - Onsite

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Gender: Open to both Male and Female

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients and provide expert guidance on navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape.

- Follow up consistently with prospects to highlight the immense value .

- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by adopting a proactive and determined approach to client engagement and sales conversion.

Requirements:

- Experience: 0-6 years in sales or business development, with at least 1 year of EdTech experience.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preference will be given to candidates with B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, or M.Tech.

- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, with exceptional customer engagement skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in K12+ domains is highly desirable.

- Previous experience working with tech products.

- Proven track record of handling sales with a ticket size of - 50K or higher.
