Senior Business Development Associate - EdTech (1-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and provide expert guidance on navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape.
- Qualify leads based on their career aspirations and align them with SCALER's innovative offerings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to highlight the immense value and opportunities SCALER brings to their careers.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by adopting a proactive and determined approach to client engagement and sales conversion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-6 years in sales or business development, with at least 1 year of EdTech experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preference will be given to candidates with B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, or M.Tech.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, with exceptional customer engagement skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in K12+ domains is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with tech products.
- Proven track record of handling sales with a ticket size of 50K or higher.
