Job Description :

We are looking for "Sr-Business-Development-Associate-Ed-Tech-B2C" for one of our clients (one of India's leading ed-tech and upskilling firms that aims to solve the tech talent gap worldwide, starting with India).

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience Required : 3 - 6 years

Industry : EduTech

Function : Sales/Business Development

Salary (Lacs ): 9.00-11.0

Review Criteria :

- Strong Sales profiles

- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+YOE Experience in B2C Sales, and atleast 2+ YOE in EdTech Sales

- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have worked for 2+ Years in Sales role in 1 Company

- Mandatory (Core Skills) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Mandatory (Company) - Ed-tech Companies only

- Mandatory (Education) - B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Com/BBA/MBA (Marketing and Sales)

- Preferred (Core Skills) - Preliminary knowledge of LSQ, proficiency in handling Tech product

Role & Responsibilities :

- As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape.

- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how we can help them.

- Following up with existing prospects to ensure that we are able to open up new realms of possibilities.

Ideal Candidate :

- 4-6 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services.

- An undergraduate degree in any stream. Preferred stream - B.Tech.

- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.

- A passion for sales and target achievement.

- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ.

Good-to-Have :

- Expertise in K12 and above domain.

- Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product.

- Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantage
