Senior Brand Manager - Personal Care Domain - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
1. Developing new categories within brand along with New Product Development responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, product mix
2. Consumer research & insight, proactive approach for new launches & campaigns
3. Develops a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
4. Understands & defines the brand identity & align all the brands- plans accordingly
5. Coordinates with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
6. Plans ATL & BTL so as to deliver the required value proposition, as derived from the above brand identity
7. Develops and executes plans for brand extension.
8. Develops annual plans and budgets for the brand.
9. Keeps track of all brand-related expenditures vis--vis budgets.
10. Provide strategic guidance to brand executives to develop these strategies into detailed marketing plans and executions (with special emphasis on-the-ground activities).
11. Coordinates with internal & external media agencies for implementation of the Brand's strategy.
12. Ensures that the brand focus is maintained through media & PR activities.
13. Monitors and tracks of the performance of brand based on specified criteria.
