Senior Brand Manager - Marketing - Hospitality (6-8 yrs)
Senior Brand Manager
- At a fundamental level, you would be responsible for creating connections with consumers using owned, earned and paid media. Our short term & medium to long term goals are listed below
Short Term :
1. Draw up a plan for the marketing function across hiring and goals
2. Work with the design & performance marketing team to create thematic brand campaigns
3. Execute effective brand initiatives to improve upper-funnel brand metrics
4. Identify and create meaningful touch points to drive customer consideration
5. Scale our influencer marketing efforts to reflect the brand tonality and relevance to our TG
Medium - Long Term :
1. Hire and grow a creative, high performing brand marketing team
2. Work closely with the founders to develop, create and build our brand strategy.
3. Run brand diagnostics such as brand track, attitudes, behaviors etc.
4. Support launch in international markets as opportunities arise.
5. Build and establish communication architecture, visual language and tonality
Experience & Expectations :
- 6-10 years of experience in branding roles/B2C companies only
- Experience in social media campaigns strategy is a must
- Working with Product and Design teams to translate brand persona in their communications
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially mobile app
- Self-starter, fast learner, detail-oriented and has critical thinking and a 'start up' mentality
- Ability to work across different teams and prioritise asks from multiple stakeholders
- KPI driven measurement of success of campaigns is a must
- Excellent understanding of different marketing channels & having a custom playbook for key channels
- Adept in Copy writing and preferably having written copy for B2C brands
- Prior experience of brand building on Youtube is an added plus
