Senior Brand Manager - FMCG (4-6 yrs)

Our client is a huge food products conglomerate, leading the processed food business through its range of products, its internationally certified production facilities, the consistency of its quality, and its unmatched expertise in the industry. The company has partnered with a prominent food chain to become one of their biggest suppliers in India. They have a diversified client base across sectors including retail, institutional and QSR clients. They also have an international presence with products exported to Europe, Africa, Middle East, US and Australia.
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible to assist and support in managing specific brand daily operations to ensure effective delivery of marketing mix thereby achieving sales & profit targets.
Your responsibilities are :
Marketing Projects :
- Suggesting and implementing (within the budget limits) the operational marketing campaign (ATL/BTL/Print/Radio/OOH) to achieve the defined marketing objectives
- Keeping up-to-date all involved people (Sales team, the Company Management team) on all marketing projects in place
- Performing analyses of marketing projects versus previously established objectives
- Responsible for research for understanding consumer insights
- Hands on the sales figures and trends and responsible for growing the volume and Market share for responsible brand
Budget Management :
- Ensuring the proper management of the Brand Budget to deliver the objectives
- Planning the spends and review on monthly basis for proper utilization
Packaging :
- Proposing new ideas/improvement in current pack and packaging designs which are cost effective and scalable and are as per market acceptability
- Managing the implementation projects, directly dealing with Packaging functions and/or external agencies, ensuring the compliance with guidelines
- Being in touch with the quality department for the right product quality control POS Material and Merchandise Development
- Developing innovative Point Of Sales material solution for the brand
- Proposing the 360 degree solution at the store level
- Closely monitoring the development merchandise to support the brand
Vendor/Stakeholder Management
- Ensuring healthy and strong vendor management
- Liaisoning across stakeholders in functions of Sales, Supply chain, Packaging, Procurement, Creative, Media,Trade Marketing, Production etc.
Candidate Profile :
- MBA Marketing Graduate preferred
- Demonstrable industry experience of 4 - 6 years with exposure on independent handling of ATL and BTL activities
- Multi tasking and Strong on operational front
- Knowledge on Packaging
- Analytical bent of mind
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Flexible for moderate travel within India
- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
