Senior Brand Manager - FinTech - IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB (4-7 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager with a passion for creating impactful brands, developing long-term strategies, and driving business results. Experience: 4-7 years (post-graduation) or 3-5 years (post-MBA from a Tier 1 institute)
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the custodian of high-impact brands, working as an intrapreneur. From defining brand strategies to executing innovative marketing campaigns, you will shape the brand's narrative and make it resonate with users.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Expertise:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competition.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including positioning and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Interaction:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand management.
- Build strong relationships with partner teams, agencies, and influencers to drive successful campaigns.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Problem-Solving:
- Address challenges like shifting consumer behavior and competitive pressures with agility.
- Develop contingency plans and innovative solutions to navigate market uncertainties.
- Manage brand crises effectively and restore trust with clear communication plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain brand relevance.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from a Tier 1 institute; MBA is a plus.
- 4-7 years of experience after graduation (or 3-5 years post-MBA).

- Strong project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Expertise in communication, digital marketing, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders.

Additional Information:
