Senior Brand Manager (3-5 yrs)

Description :
Core responsibilities include :
- End to end brand and social media management for our clients.
- Schedule content and maintain social media calendar.
- Conceptualise and shoot reels/stories/ short content pieces on behalf of the partner brands.
- Tracking social media traction and generating regular reports of progress.
- Identifying patterns and posts which perform better for a particular domain by keeping a keen eye on social media performance and data.
- Managing user engagement by responding to chat messages and comments in a timely fashion and ensuring reviews and ratings are positive.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Put down the strategy and plan to build awareness for the brand via social media.
- Work with the content and creative teams to put plans into action.
- Delivering formal and informal presentations to clients as well as internal team members.
- Limited travel to sales/client offices or events may be required.
The ideal candidate should :
- Minimum 3 years in social media/Digital agency.
- Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively at an advanced level.
- Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including research, analysis and strategy.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills - ability to present at all levels of the organisation and a positive public representative.
- A demonstrated passion for search, social and mobile solutions and knowledge of how to leverage each to achieve marketing goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr and Social Studio.
- Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns with one or more specific business goals (growth, engagement, retention, reactivation, revenue).
- Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including creation of style guides, tone, response strategy.
