Senior Branch Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Convert lead into the sale meeting to the customer on the spot.
- Find new opportunities from walking customer to bank
- Developing new financial products more efficiently in collaboration with their bank partners.
- Establishing market presence rapidly without the need to build up a network of agents or brokers.
- Can reach more customers without having to invest in more offices and manpower.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
- Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients.
- Ensuring preparation of suitable investment in l.i. & investment's product
- Evaluating clients, taxation, retirement planning and sources of income.
- Involved in maintaining relationship with clients and brokers to assist them.
Skills Experience & Qualification: ( Framework required by the position):
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking, Finance & insurance sector
- Graduation is mandatory to apply for this job
- Candidate having best of knowledge of BFSI sector
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
- Candidate is ready for work with bank staff
