Job Role :
- Development of new business and retention of existing customers to achieve operational goals.
- Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs; maintain regular interactions with the customers to assess their needs.
- Track customer complaints and resolve escalated grievances on a day-to-day basis.
- Contributing towards increasing liabilities size of relationship through balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
- Rendering financial advice and offering customized product solutions regarding various products.
- Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients.
- Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.
- Generating reports to apprise management of the performance and assist in formulating future objectives.
- Establishing strategies, and action plans to drive continuous performance improvement.
Job Mandates :
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- 5+ Yrs. exp. in CASA Portfolio Management/Book Management from Banking Industry
- Candidates with lesser notice period will be given preference.
- Age should be below 35 yrs. old.
- Relationship/Book Management exp. is must.
