Role: Sr. Associate | Growth
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Position Type: Full time
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store managers, regional
- Managers and operations heads
- Working with the brand's operations head to strategies and execute plans to drive transactions on Store
- Take full accountability of the brand and store targets on Store
- Set proper expectations, provide clear communications, and manage a growth plan for the
- Stores onboard on Store Communicate clearly the progress of weekly, monthly & quarterly sales to internal and
- External (brand) stakeholders
- Identify store, system, process or people problems that create barriers to deployment,
- Adoption and growth of Store
- Work closely with internal brand, catalog, and operations team to set processes and
- Resolve all blockers hampering Store sales
Requirements :
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of store operations and/or strong interest in retail/retail ops sector
- Good data handling/excel skills and a keen eye for detail
- Analytical problem-solving mindset
- Hunger to travel up and down the country, to better understand retail processes at the ground level
- Ability to work with people at all levels, from store managers to operations head to business head at removing barriers for Store
