- The Co-branded Store is our in-store omnichannel product built to plug loss of sale in a store due to out of mstock sizes, colors and styles. Order placed in one store are picked up by us from another store with availability, and delivered to the customer.

- This role is primarily responsible for driving adoption and growth in transactions for Store across all brands, stores and cities across the country.

About Team:

You will be joining the Store - Growth Team that is responsible for driving transactions and ensuring Store success at stores

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store managers, regional managers and operations heads

- Working with the brand's operations head to strategies and execute plans to drive - transactions on Store

- Take full accountability of the brand and store targets on Store

- Set proper expectations, provide clear communications, and manage a growth plan for the stores onboarded on Store

- Communicate clearly the progress of weekly, monthly & quarterly sales to internal and external (brand) stakeholders

- Identify store, system, process or people problems that create barriers to deployment, adoption and growth of Store

- Work closely with internal brand, catalog and operations team to set processes and resolve all blockers hampering Store sales

Requirements :

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Good understanding of store operations and/or strong interest in retail/retail ops sector

- Good data handling/excel skills and keen eye for detail

- Analytical problem-solving mindset

- Hunger to travel up and down the country, to better understand retail processes at the ground level

- Ability to work with people at all levels, from store managers to operations head to business head at removing barriers for Store
