Senior Associate - Sales - Pharma (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the daily operations of a business process to ensure goals are achieved.
- To empower customer relationships and ensure the profitable performance of business operations.
- Identify, track and analyze key metrics for the business unit.
- Develop processes that meet business needs across the organization.
- Develop standards and procedures for business operations.
- New Client Acquisition/Client engagement in the pharma B2B market.
- Increase sales volume from good deal products from wholesale/stockiest
- Develop a business plan and strategies to meet operational requirements.
- Define business operating and financial objectives.
- Identify, track and analyze key metrics for the business unit.
Requirements :
- Female candidate preferred.
- Strong technology background
- Good Knowledge in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication /articulation
