Urgent Hiring for Senior Sales Associate | MNC Company
We have an urgent requirements of senior sales Associate for one of the leading E-commerce Company (MNC).
Location : Ambala, Jalandhar, Vellore, Trivandrum, Visakhapatnam, Bhubneshwar, Mangalore, Saharanpur, Meerut, Raipur.
CTC : Upto 3.5 LPA
Role : Field Role
Experience : At least one year of experience in sales.
Candidates need to have their own laptop, smart phone and conveyance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand products and services offered by company and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to distributors and retailers.
- Follow up with shortlisted distributors and retailers for storing their products .
- Solve day to day operational issues faced by distributors and retailers in online Sales.
- Solve the issues faced by sellers and help them make changes in their online account.
- Prepare daily reports and share with leadership team.
- Track and monitor performance of seller to ensure they get good Sales on E-commerce Platform.
- Establish long-term partnerships with vendors and team for delivering results.
Experience :
- More than 2 years of experience in field sales experience preferably in e-commerce.
- Well versed with Microsoft excel
- Well versed and comfortable in working on online platforms/softwares
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer and 3rd party interaction.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
- Comfortable with 6 days working week.
