Senior Associate
Department / Business Unit : Membership Services
Reports to : Regional Head
Location : Delhi/Noida
We prefer B Tech + MBA
Compensation Depending on experience and appropriateness of candidate
- Regular visits to members, member communications, follow-up on member requests and queries; designing and delivering innovative member services, collection of membership fees and other receivables.
- Building the membership base in the region.
- Ensuring retention of existing members.
- Organizing and maintaining databases and mail lists.
- Organizing and Marketing of events and managing registrations.
- Coordination of event logistics along with other regions and event management vendors. Work closely with the regional head in all the initiatives that are run from Delhi and support the same. Management Graduate, Engineer Or a Post Graduate with 4 plus years of relevant experience.
- Self-Driven and proactive, Highly Customer focused., Innovative thinker, Effective Communicator.
- Knowing a foreign language would be an added advantage. Competent understanding of the IT/ITES industry, Process driven, Ability to build and manage external and internal relationships, Team Player.
