The Job :
- Our client is looking for a passionate, creative, and social media-savvy marketer to join our core marketing team as a Marketing Lead and contribute to our global marketing and demand generation programs. You will collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive measurable results. You will strategize and execute content marketing and solution marketing programs primarily focused on North America and Europe.
- You will get to tell the world about our brand, services, and technology solutions. You will work closely with the senior Marketing leadership team, our global Sales team, our global business unit leadership team and other key internal key stakeholders to drive key elements of our marketing across branding, solution marketing, demand generation activities, campaigns, social media marketing and more while working with a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Global solutions marketing
- Conceptualizing, designing, and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation for our client's solutions and digital applications
- Collaborating with business teams to proactively source high-quality content and thought leadership.
- Ensuring strong focus in content marketing, including marketing white papers, blogs, articles, and videos to get best results from thought leadership and content marketing programs
- Creating content pillars and SEO to ensure top page ranking for service lines
- Supporting marketing managers in planning and implementing effective go-to-market and demand generation programs
Social media marketing :
- Implementing innovative ideas to enhance brand equity, visibility, and awareness on social media
- Taking ownership of channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook) and drive impactful content using features like stories, live, reels, etc.
- Contributing to optimizing social media platforms to generate leads, create conversations and create touchpoints in the addressable market
Events and conferences :
- Working alongside marketing managers to run remote events and webinars, working closely with business units and the Sales team
- Knowledge of running webinars will be an added advantage
Marketing automation, analytics and reporting :
- Marketing automation work alongside marketing managers to utilize marketing automation for lead nurturing, lead scoring, campaign management to ensure effective demand generation
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot, Marketo or other leading automation platforms will be an advantage
- Analytics and driving ROI - you are expected to monitor marketing web and campaign data, measure ROI and suggest areas in which optimize it
New ideas and innovation :
- Demonstrating leadership in new ideas that instill greater process efficiency and effectiveness in marketing
- Learning and deploying marketing best practices across events, online media, social media, branding and PR to bring about efficiency and improvement in marketing processes
Ideal Candidate :
- You have extraordinary stakeholder management.
- You have excellent communication skills (Candidates with content writing skills will be preferred).
- You have creative knowledge and branding background.
- You have experience with social media marketing (Good experience across all channels).
- You have experience with content management and content marketing.
- You have experience with inbound marketing including lead nurturing.
- You have fundamental understanding of SEO and SEM.
- You have event management experience.
- You have knowledge of key trends in marketing and branding.
- You have willingness to quickly learn and contribute to a fast-paced marketing and business environment.
- You have exceptional organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- You have ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively leverage networks to mobilize resources.
- You have clear thinking and influencing skills to develop and gain buy-in for strategic communications plans.
- You have strong analytical skills to make sense of data and what it means for the business.
