Senior Associate - Lead Generation - BPO (3-6 yrs)
- Prior experience in managing 3rd. Party Vendors
- Preparing and presenting various reports to the management team.
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team.
- Contact Clients via Professional networking sites, such as LinkedIn, zoom info, jigsaw, etc.
- Making outbound calls globally.
- Pre-Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation.
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects.
- Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client sales team in the US.
- Person specification (competencies)
- Graduate (B.Com/BA/BMS etc.)...
- Minimum 5+ year of work experience into Lead Generation Appointment Setting.
- Experience into KPO / BPO / International Call Centre/International Sales process preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
- Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Very good interpersonal skills & Communication skills.
- Should have excellent knowledge of Internet & MS Excel
- Should be open to work in US Shift
