Senior Associate - Inside Sales - Solutions (1-3 yrs)
- Individual will be responsible for calling into ARR accounts outside North America (International Market) to do health checks, support field sales in QBRs, demos, RFXs, Scheduling Onsite Audits, etc. that will lead to retention and successful renewal of the account
- The rep will also identify upsell opportunities and build the persona network within the account
- The person will process the leads generated by marketing/ internal team and qualifying them further through dedicated prospecting and outbound calling
- The person will work with ARR field sales reps to develop a targeted approach to account penetration - setting early stage preferences, building internal champions, etc. and targeting top accounts in the region
- Connecting with C/VP/director level contacts across various organizations departments through emails /calls and spreading awareness in the industry of MS's solution offering
- Present to interested prospects MetricStream solution offerings and articulate the USP's appropriately to cross sell/ up-sell
- Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-up.
- Keep prospects engaged through the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work with pre-sales, CSIG, PS, PE teams to get the proposals out on time.
- Update and maintain prospect base by recording all the activities in CRM.
- Working closely with field sales and providing support in the sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed quarterly/yearly targets
- Working closely with marketing team, planning and executing campaigns for given accounts/verticals.
- Liaising with different departments and stakeholders while supporting in closures.
- Preparing and maintaining reports and performing analysis.
- Partly accountable for quarterly bookings target
- Responsible for a team initiative like - campaign management, mentor program, new hire training, outbound sales prospecting, sales guide, etc.
