Senior Associate/Executive - Technical Support/Sales - Inbound Process (1-4 yrs)

We urgently require Exp. Technical Support/ Sales Executive for Inbound Voice Process- US Shift
Position : Senior Tech Support Associate
No.of vacancies : 50
Candidates Profile :
- Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support /Sales for more than 8 months to 1 year
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Must have good convincing skills.
- Must have Experienced in handling calls of printers, routers, and antiviruses
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, i-Pad
- Salary: Rs.15,000-26,000/month (fixed)+Huge Incentives
Facilities:
- Fixed Salary credited on 1st of every month In Salary Account +Huge Incentives.
- 24 casual leaves in a year + 15 comps off + Paid B'day leaves
- No Extension of Shift Timings
- Salary: Not a bar for a right candidate.
Shift- Night
Working Days: 6 days / 1 rotational off
