John Pride- Senior Associate - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)

Business Unit & Role Overview :

- Growth Team is a part of the overall Revenue function in John Pride and is responsible for driving installs and traffic to John Pride Website. This profile, as part of the Growth team, will be directly responsible for managing all paid campaigns across the digital marketing ecosystem (including Google, FB and affiliates).

Responsibilities of the role:

- Digital campaigns ideation & implementation in order to drive desired goals for organization

- Executing & optimizing paid campaigns on Google, FB & other self-served platform in order to achieve overall organization goals

- Tracking performance of all campaigns regularly to ensure the planned scale and efficiency is achieved

- Reporting performance metrics to team, to provide overall visibility of the performance

- Quick troubleshooting and regular adoption of new platform features/capabilities

Desired Skills & Experience:

Years of experience: Overall 2 - 5 years of experience in a digital/performance marketing role (either in another e-commerce firm or in an agency)

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline

Technical skills:

- Deep knowledge of digital marketing eco-system

- Reasonable knowledge of Analytic tools and Google Analytics

- Reasonable proficiency in data analysis and interpretation; Must be comfortable with Excel tools

Behavioral Competencies:

- High operational orientation and attention to details

- Highly data driven approach to problem solving

- Willingness to explore; To be continuously on the lookout for new initiatives
