Senior Associate - Digital Marketing - Cavli wireless (2-4 yrs)
Required skill -sets :
- Prior experience in social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
- Good understanding of topics like B2B marketing & product marketing management.
- Solid understanding of various social media platforms and how to leverage them effectively.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and familiarities with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Adwords.

Job Description :
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for majorly three initiatives within Digital Marketing - Social media management, Email marketing management & Web assets management/administration and SEO management. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to enhance Cavli's brand in the digital space. Beyond the major responsibilities, the candidate will also get to learn and implement many other aspects of digital brand management.
Activities/Processes ,you will be involved in :
Social Media Management
- Planning and execution of content strategy for all social media platforms.
- Owning the end-to-end social media management, including - (daily posts, paid campaigns, etc.)
- Managing and developing a strategy for social media and executing the campaign.
- Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends.
- Developing social media strategies to meet business objectives.
- Social media advertising to create effective ads in paid and organic methods
- Creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitoring and engaging with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track audience growth, and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing strategies and protocols to address and manage potential social media crises or negative feedback effectively.
- Email Marketing Management
- Developing an email marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Planning and coordinating email marketing campaigns, including determining the frequency, timing, and content of emails.
- Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create compelling and engaging email content that drives results.
- Managing the email subscriber list, including segmentation, data cleansing, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Implementing automated email workflows, such as welcome emails, drip campaigns, abandoned cart emails, and personalized customer journeys.
- Conducting A/B Testing /split tests on various email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, visuals) to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Monitoring key email marketing metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns.
- Ensuring email deliverability by managing sender reputation, monitoring bounce rates, and implementing best practices to avoid spam filters.
- Creating and maintaining email templates that are responsive, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand's design guidelines.
Digital Tools Management :
- Assessing various digital tools available in the market to determine their suitability for specific business needs or objectives.
- Planning and executing the implementation of selected digital tools within an organization.
- Encouraging and supporting employees in embracing new digital tools by promoting their benefits and providing assistance during the transition period.
- Maintaining and optimising the use of existing digital tools
Website & Web Assets Management :
- Creating, organizing, and updating website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand's messaging and SEO strategy.
- Regularly monitoring and maintaining website functionality, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Analyzing user behavior, conducting usability tests, and making improvements to enhance the overall - user experience on the website.
- Implementing and utilizing tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Optimizing web pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve the conversion rate and maximize the value of website traffic.
- Implementing security measures, such as SSL certificates, firewalls, and regular vulnerability - assessments, to protect the website and user data from cyber threats.
- Developing and implementing policies and guidelines for website updates, content publishing, and ensuring consistency across web assets.
SEO Management :
- Optimizing website elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and content to improve search engine visibility and relevance.
- Ensuring that the website is technically optimized for search engines, including factors like site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexability.
- Developing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with target keywords, user intent, and search trends, and creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Conducting regular audits of websites to identify SEO issues, analyze performance metrics, and recommend optimizations for better search engine rankings.
- Monitoring and analyzing website performance using tools like Google Analytics and generating reports to track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
