Profile:
Account Manager work is to ensure client satisfaction with an organization's product or service. They are often the primary point of contact for a client. Their tasks include directing and controlling the processing and fulfilment of Orders, Fielding client's enquiries, New business opportunity & resolving their complaints. They may also help in streamline business operations, provide service training to their subordinates. Additionally, they would need to develop and implement SOPs.
Job Description:
- Client Servicing
- Managing Client Servicing expectations towards enhancing client NPS rating.
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation for allocated clients.
- Monitoring and growing Share of Wallets with the allocated clients.
- Requires high level of co-ordination with multiple internal (Finance & Operations) & external (Clients & Client Staff) stakeholders
- Identifying areas of concerns and actively participating in implementing needful actions.
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Performance review meeting with prospective clients to enhance base
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients.
- Lead and manage a team of associates and responsible for client revenue and growth
- Train and mentor team to grow overall business
Reporting :
- Escalation management, performance report evaluation, regulatory paperwork support
- Sharing MIS reports with allocated clients
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Track, monitor and report key team performance metrics
Skills & Expectation :
- Proficient in MS office especially, Excel, Word and Power-point
- Persuasive with details and facts
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Good communication skills and analytical skills
- Self Motivated& Quick learner
