Senior Associate - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and review the productivity of junior associates.
- Strategize with the Directors for Client servicing, account mining, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet the set targets.
- Hire, interview and train the team of junior associates.
- Cultivate a strong relationship with the clients.
- Research and identify potential clients in the industry.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Database Management.
- Prepare MIS reports.
- Managing tools and subscriptions.
Eligibility :
- Any graduate degree/MBA in marketing.
- Experience: - 3- 4 years in sales or business development (Preferably experience in HR recruitment)
- Candidate must be a resident of Bangalore
