Senior Associate - Business Development - BFS (4-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managing client accounts and B2B sales in a corporate-to- corporate environment, with exposure to banks, NBFCs, IT and other industries. The candidate should have a good understanding of the BFSI industry and its products.
Responsibilities :
- This is largely an individual contributor role, responsible for driving strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients.
- Achieving revenue objectives by identify potential new clients & develop the market.
- Manage client retention and account management from existing clients.
- Ensure internal stakeholder management is in place.
Criteria :
- The candidate should be open to travel, as it is a field sales role.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and corporate grooming are a must.
- The candidate should be an individual contributor.
- The sales target for this role is 4-5 crores per year.
- The candidate should be based in Mumbai or Bangalore.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales and managing client accounts is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the corporate training business is an added advantage.
