Senior Associate - Brand Management - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements, and setting proper expectations
- Hands-on business development, brand/retailer onboarding, and account management
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organization to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives, and drive growth
- Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform
- Working with the brand's as well as internal marketing team to strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic, and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organization
- Expanding the product and brand portfolio
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand's P&L, revenue targets, and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
Requirements :
- Decent data analysis & Excel skills. Able to learn new data & analytical tools independently
- Good network across the retail ecosystem including brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, technology and consulting service providers, etc.
- Knowledge of Ecommerce & Omni Chanel business
- Handle projects with problem-solving & product mindset
- Retail market study or Brand interaction to get inputs on new technologies or Brand updates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Updated on Indian Retail trends & latest Omni features with competitors
- Good negotiation skills
- Basics of Digital marketing
- Excellent time and task management skills
- Understanding brands in-depth business requirements
- Works approach should be always customer-centric
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Take ownership & responsibility in every task
- Excellent presentation skills, preparing effect ppt
- Knowledge of Retail Supply chain
- Assisting Sr. team members to achieve team targets
- Accountable for the brand's business at Fynd
- Business Margin calculations
- Open to traveling for work (post-Covid)
