Job description Responsibilities :
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain a good network of architectures, interiors, pvt projects, etc.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Manage and coach sales team
- Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marble or Slab Division (both project & retail sales).
- Minimum 5 years in relevant industry experience.
