Experience : Total 10 years of experience in Key Accounts (5 years in Team handling)
Job Location : Chennai
Education Qualification Should be Post Graduate in Marketing

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables :
- Should achieve the sales target
- Should have excellent network in Modern Trade customers
- Able to setup team with Sales Officers and Sales Representatives
- Building up the distribution network and drive sturdiness of business processes at all levels
- Should handle the team of Sales Officers and Sales Representatives
- Training the sales staff
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- Allocating areas to Sales Representatives
- Setting budgets/targets
- Reporting back to senior managers
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company"s products
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
- Developing new ideas and key strategies in order to promote the Brand
- Effective administration in terms of controlling the cost, utilizing the funds etc.
