Senior Area Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager - Tractor Manufacturing (9-12 yrs)
- We are currently hiring for a tractor manufacturing firm that has carved a niche for itself by delivering products for more than 50 years.
- An organization which is a brand to reckon with.
- The offered role is for a Sr.Area Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager.
Location : Kolkata
Primary Responsibilities :
- Deliver targets for the Tractor and Application vertical for the subsidy business.
- To target increase in the Penetration share of volumes in the overall subsidy business for the region.
- Liaison,Network build and Relationship management with Govt. & Pvt. Institutions. Work with District and state agro and agri departments at Regional and National ( if required).
- Identification of Custom Hiring Projects in the region and to form blueprint / strategy for gaining Volume / Market Share through them.
- Align the regional sales team and the dealer network for increasing Market Share for the groups subsidy business.
- Have a robust Market Intelligence System (Data Collection & Compilation in Govt. Institution Space) to assess potential of the business.
- Participation in Agri fairs and melas as relevant in the region with a view to increase / assess business potential.
- Training & Development on Insti. Business Opportunities, Processes & Techniques to all the team members & dealers.
- Play an active role in resolving issues that are relevant to the subsidy business among the Dealer / Sales ecosystem.
Key Skills :-
- 9-12 years of overall work experience.
- With experience of working on Government business, working on govt tenders,handling govt institutions for business.
- Can be from any industry ( however with the above exposure).
- Should have good relationships / network in the Govt Space.
