Job Description:
- Lead a team of SOs / TSIs and motivate them to deliver on their sales objectives.
- Deploy and monitor execution of promotions and other market initiatives.
- To work on Sales Strategy of the company WITH THE OBJECTIVE of driving volume.
- Value and market share objectives in the assigned area through increasing distribution coverage and execution of various initiatives planned.
- Understanding of channel S&D operations.
