Senior Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Job Role:
- To recruit and appoint agents for business
- Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
- Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
- Analysis the marketing and target the new strategy
- To achieve target plan
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduation must be required
- 2 + years' experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
