Senior Agency Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-9 yrs)
Location: Dibrugarh
Experience: 2+ years in insurance sales with agency channel experience
CTC: Up to - 6.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Agency Channel to drive business growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors to maximize sales performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Strengthen relationships with advisors and ensure long-term engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in insurance sales (Agency Channel preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
