Senior Agency Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Agency Manager to oversee our distribution channels and drive sales growth for our insurance products.
Work Requirements :
- Recruiting, training, and motivating team leader of agents for sales targets.
- Collaborating with team leaders to identify talented agents.
- Providing continuous training and development programs to team leaders.
- Monitoring performance and staying updated on market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Assist Team leaders in the sales process, including pre-sales calls and post-sales support (as required).
Necessary skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge about insurance policies
- Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree
Age : 25 to 45
- 2 year of sales insurance experience is a must, 4 years of work experience in Sales
- You need to have a driver's license and a bike
- Must be Local (Live in the same city for the last 2 to 3 Years)
