Experience: 2+ years in insurance sales (Agency Channel/Business Partner Channel)
CTC: Up to 6.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage business partners to drive insurance sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Guide and support business partners in client acquisition and policy sales.
- Strengthen relationships with business partners for long-term engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales (Agency/Business Partner Channel).
