To lead and grow our agency channel, we are seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager with expertise and a strong track record of accomplishment. A strategic leader with a track record of creating and fostering high-achieving agency teams is required for this role. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate agency performance indicators and pinpoint areas in need of improvement.
- Create and carry out training and coaching programs to improve the productivity and sales abilities of agents.
- Develop and oversee incentive programs to encourage and honor high performers.
- Ensure that corporate policies and legal requirements are followed.
- Lead and guide the agency channel, encouraging a culture of achievement and positivity.
Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
