Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
The Sales Manager for the Insurance Agency Channel will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of insurance agents, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize revenue growth and profitability
- Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications :
