Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
We have urgent openings for the position of Business Sales Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in Agency Vertical.
Job Description :
- Manager - Agency will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Agency Channel.
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
Agency Sales Growth :
- Establish monthly goals for agents in order to boost sales figures
- Keep an eye on the business performance of agents and brokers to ensure activation
- Providing timely channel renewal data to ensure optimum renewal retention levels
- Follow up with the broker and channel to ensure that the policies are renewed on time, and push them to boost online renewals.
- Assess and take into account all types of risk to help you make wise decisions.
Agent Management & Training :
- Engage with agents to build relationships that will lead to long-term business commitments.
- Use regular agent feedback to pinpoint any problems and offer solutions.
- Hold cross-selling product training sessions for agents and brokers to inspire them to hit goals.
- Set up fresh product placement information and training for them to raise product awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile / Preferable Knowledge/Experience :
- Candidate must be familiar with the agency channel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Must seem presentable
Education Requirements :
- Graduating from any programme
- Basic expertise
- 1-6 Years of Sales & Marketing Manager Work Experience
