Life Insurance Agents in the Agency Channel promote and sell life insurance policies to clients, offering guidance and support to help them select suitable coverage aligned with their financial goals.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through various methods.
- Explain policy options and benefits to clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Build strong client relationships and address inquiries.
- Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends.
- Guide clients through the sales process and paperwork.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records and submit necessary reports.
- Comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC upto 4 LPA
