Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales -Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Team Leader for Agency Channel will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents in the agency channel.
- Set sales targets, develop performance goals, and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive growth in the agency channel.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Age :- 22 To 38
