Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team in MG Road. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in field sales, with a minimum of 1 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and oversee a group of insurance agents or advisers in order to meet sales goals.
- Create and execute business plans to increase sales and broaden your brand's reach.
- Continually train, coach, and advise agents to increase their output.
- To guarantee excellent performance and retention, inspire and mentor the sales team.
- Find fresh company prospects and promote market expansion within the designated area.
- Hold frequent sales meetings, strategy talks, and performance evaluations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with customers and business partners.
- Assure rigorous adherence to legal requirements, corporate rules, and moral sales techniques.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year of BFSI sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Outstanding ability to plan sales, negotiate, and manage relationships.
- The capacity to evaluate sales performance data and put ideas into action that work.
- Knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to go for company development along MG Road and in the surrounding districts.
